According to the Public Relations Department, on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, a meeting was held with the presence of Asadollah Hemmati, the Acting Director of Kharazmi Information Technology Development Company, the Vice President of Technical Support, the Acting Director of Tehran Province Support Management, and a group of staff from the troubleshooting and support department, with the aim of reviewing issues, improving service quality, and direct interaction with frontline personnel.
In this meeting, the Acting Director of the company, after a brief conversation with the staff, while listening to their concerns, views, and suggestions, emphasized the necessity of removing existing obstacles and creating a suitable platform for improving working conditions. Subsequently, a group of employees also raised the issues, shortcomings, and challenges in their work area and presented their proposed solutions for enhancing the level of services and increasing productivity.
The Acting Director of Kharazmi Company, referring to the key position of support and troubleshooting staff as the main pillar of the company and Kharazmi's representatives in providing services to banks and contracted organizations, stated: "By relying on the capabilities of specialized human resources, utilizing innovative suggestions, and fostering empathy among all colleagues, we can overcome all obstacles and enhance the quality level of the company's services."
He also, while appreciating the spirit of empathy and constructive interaction of the employees, called for the continuation of these meetings and greater interaction between management and staff to better advance the company's objectives.
At the end, the Acting Director of the company, while sincerely appreciating the efforts of all employees, emphasized strengthening motivation, resolving problems, and creating better working conditions, and the employees, while expressing satisfaction with this unprecedented measure and the holding of the first direct meeting between a CEO and all support personnel, called for the continuation of these interactions.
