Kharazmi Information Technology Development Company transitioned from a private joint-stock company to a public joint-stock company on June 2, 2013, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Extraordinary General Meeting. Following this change, on January 7, 2014, the company was admitted to the Iran Fara Bourse market as the 59th listed company, trading under the ticker symbol "Mafakher."
