The annual assembly meeting of Kharazmi Hardware Developers Company (Paskh) for the financial period ending on
9/30/1401 with 100% attendance of shareholders including Kharazmi Gostaran Network Company, Iran Card Company (Sad Holding) and Kharazmi Information Technology Development Company (Mafakher) on It was formed on 24/11/1401.
According to the public relations report of Kharazmi Information Technology Development Company, in this meeting, Hamid Ahmadian, the CEO of Kharazmi Hardware Developers Company, presented a report on the performance of the board of directors and the assembly to the shareholders.
In this assembly, answers were given by Khwarazmi Information Technology Development Company regarding important matters, including new policies to the company, and also decisions were made regarding the decentralization of the repair unit from the central building to the provincial workshops.
In the following, the shareholders made decisions about increasing the scientific capacity of the answer company, obtaining knowledge-based certificates, increasing the capital of the answer company in order to launch new banking product lines, prepare a written program for the new year and submit a report to the company.
Also, the auditor and legal inspector of Kharazmi hardware developers company explained the financial performance of the company and finally described this evaluation in a favorable way.
